When you have stress and anxiety on your mind before you go to bed, it doesn’t actually leave when you go to bed. It stays there and as you think about it, you just grind your teeth in anger or frustration. Eliminating the stress and anxiety is the only real way to get past bruxism and it must be addressed as soon as possible.
